1. Introduction

Welcome to Eclectic Society (“we,” “our,” “us”).
By purchasing a ticket or attending any of our events, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating.

2. Community and Non-Profit Nature

Eclectic Society is a non-profit community initiative. All proceeds from ticket sales are reinvested into future events — including securing venues, covering deposits, and funding pre-event costs. Our goal is to build sustainable, high-quality gatherings for our community.

3. Ticket Policy

• No Refunds: All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including non-attendance or personal schedule changes.

• Ticket Transfers: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by notifying us in writing before the event.

• Event Changes: While we make every effort to deliver events as advertised, we reserve the right to make reasonable changes to timing, venue, or program if necessary.

4. Conduct and Community Standards

Our events are built on respect, inclusivity, and positive energy. We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who behaves in a manner deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to others.

5. Photography and Media

By attending our events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded.
Images and video may be used for community communications, social media, and future promotional materials. If you prefer not to appear in any content, please let our team know at the event check-in desk.

6. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk. Eclectic Society and its organisers are not responsible for:

• personal injury, loss, or damage to property,

• any external costs incurred due to event cancellation, rescheduling, or venue changes.

7. Data Protection

We value your privacy. Personal information collected during ticket purchase or communication will be used solely for event management and community updates. We never sell or share your data with third parties.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By completing your ticket purchase and/or attending our event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
